For years, people were left behind when it came to nutritional advice. This is about to change. Today, it is unequivocal that the impact of nutrition on you is tremendous.
Everyone I work with, I apply a data-driven approach consisting of regular, comprehensive lab diagnostics which most commonly include blood and urine tests analyzing over 100 biomarkers. Working together means to me, co-creating habit changes that have a significant & sustainable impact on improving performance. To stay true to my Alma Mater, the University of Oxford, everything I do is grounded in science.
In order to have appropriate bandwidth for each individual I work with, I limit myself to 10 individuals at any given point in time. Applications in form of a brief message are always welcome and will be prioritized based on commitment to change & potential impact.
Together with USA National player Dustin Watten and some incredible individuals, we are building a platform to enable everyone to plant habits that will bring your nutrition game to the next level.
